Our standard linens will come folded. All premium linens will come on hangers. In both instances the linens will have creases. The best way to reduce creases is to open up the linens on tables at the earliest convenience. Don't iron linens after they are placed on tables, we only recommend steaming the linens once they are placed on tables. All linen orders come with a linen bag included, this is used to put soiled linens in. Never put soiled linens in plastic bags, this promotes molding and mildew. Use supplied bags only!
All rates in this brochure are based on a 24 hour period. Contact us to determine long term rates.

Equipment will be reserved upon receipt of a signed rental contract, and a reservation deposit. The required deposit is 50% of the total charges. 25% of this deposit is non-refundable. Early planning ensures product availability. Remember, equipment availability is on a first come first served basis. If a product is unavailable, we will attempt to secure the item(s) from other vendors we have carefully screened for quality. Additional charges will apply for this service.
The full balance of your order is due 10 days prior to your event. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discovery. Checks are acceptable with a valid credit card on file. Corporate accounts may setup a charge account subject to credit approval.
All customers will be charged a damage waiver. The damage waiver is 8.5% of your Top Choice Rentals order and covers reasonable, accidental damage to the equipment. It is non-refundable.
Delivery service is available on all orders regardless of size; charges will be determined by geographic location of the event. You may request AM (8-12) or PM (12-3) delivery or pickup service. While we try to accommodate all requests, due to our extremely busy delivery schedule, customers requesting deliveries for exact times or after hours will be charged an additional fee. Please call for availability and pricing information.
Set-up and take-down services are available for an additional charge on most items. Please ask a sales person which items have additional fees for set-up and take-down. Arrangements for this service must be made in advance to delivery and pick up.
We provide a 24hr emergency on call service for all our customers. Ask your sales person for a full description of this service.
